The Best Bread Ever

There are few things better for the soul than making bread. One of them is eating it.
This recipe is for flat breads, but makes a great Pizza base and even works well in tins. Can't remember who I pinched it from but thank you.

Flat Breads
Ingredients;
500 g plain flour
150 ml water (blood heat)
28 g dried yeast
70 ml olive oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 small tub yoghurt

Dissolve sugar in the water.
¨ Sprinkle yeast into sugar and water mix.
¨ Leave until frothy on top (about 5-10 minutes)
¨ Mix flour and salt together.
¨ Add all wet ingredients.
¨ Mix well and knead until dough is soft and elastic - you might need to
add a little more flour during the kneading process.
¨ Pop into big-ish bowl and cover with damp cloth to rise until dough
doubles in size.
¨ When well risen divide into 8 equal bits and roll out to roughpitta
sizedpieces, about 0.5 cms thick.
¨ Cook, in hot pan (very lightly oiled), on each side until
done.

¨ EAT! Best enjoyed warm.
¨ YOU WILL LOVE THEM!
